Where to send the item for return/exchange
If you have returned an item, a confirmation email will be sent to you once we have received this return item. The email will be sent to indicate if the condition of the item returned is accepted or rejected.

Why haven't I received my order yet?
Orders may take some time to be processed and shipped out. If you have any inquiries contact info@doseclothing.co.

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
If your package is damaged, doesn't fit as expected or you receive the wrong item then you have up to 21 days to notify us. If you haven't notified us by that 21 day marker then returns/exchanges cannot be accepted.
In order to return your package you must have not used the item as well as It must have remained in the same condition as it did when it left the warehouse. We compensate for the return of the shipment.
International Shipping/Customs
Once the package leaves the country, DOSE has no control over the customs and fees that has to be paid for that package.
How Do I Wash My Clothing?
Wash With Care:
- Treat your DOSE clothes like you treat your well-being—gently. Wash in cold water (max 30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle to protect the fabric, keeping you comfy for longer. Wash with like colors and fabrics.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals:
- Just like your mental health, your DOSE clothes needs to be treated with kindness. Avoid bleach and strong chemicals to preserve the fabric and keep the design looking fresh.
No Dryers, Just Time to Breathe:
- DO NOT tumble dry. Give it space to breathe and air dry. Remember, recovery takes time—your clothing is no different.
Dry Flat:
- Lay your clothes flat to dry—let it rest and recharge, just like you do.
